A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and work has not commenced. If Creative Fox Designs is unable to complete the project as specified, a full refund is provided.
Once design work has begun, refunds are not available. Work typically begins within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
If delivered work contains significant errors, contact us within the revision window. We will correct at no charge or discuss a partial refund.
